I’ve seen some rubbish this season but I think that tops the lot. How the Hell anyone can defend the manager after that is genuinely beyond me. Just like the Walsall game, he goes into the most important game of the season with an utterly mind-boggling line-up and the result is the team looks like a bunch of strangers. It’s a game where a win will take us into the autos and that is what we churn out. Shocking. We haven’t created a single chance in over 45 mins let alone a shot. There is no movement, creativity, guile, willingness to run…. nothing. <ovf censored>. Absolutely bloody <ovf censored>.

Players on the pitch just seem to have no idea and they could try something on there - but no they haven't.  They haven't tried to push Barrow back or even join up with the front player.  They haven't rattled into players and just look not interested most of the time.  You would think some of the fringe players would be up for it and push for a place.  But not a chance.

DM & Co look like they have set up negative as well.  Just hope they change it straight away and not wait for the 70th minute.  Fans can see it needs changing.  Yates said half way through the game it needs changing.

The manager playing Garrity as a sitting midfielder is an absolute piss take , I can't get my head around it this is why some of us criticise Darren because he seems to think every game we play we can set up and park the bus then go for the jugular near the end of the game that's not football it's chess

All respect to foley, been a great player for us in the past. But they’ve got a 38 year old midfielder playing centre half and we’ve not put him under any pressure whatsoever. What are we doing here 

We do not have any "Midfield" that can create, plus no wingers to change things up. Hence why we only win by 1 goal normally. 

Loads of defenders or midfielders that can hold play up.

Balance of the team is annoying.

WTAF was that? I know its tuesday but that wasn't acceptable not a single player can hold his head up after that tripe.

 

Garrity and harper isnt working hackford as part of a front three isnt working and debrah and sang on the right isnt working

Forget trying to win the next game against crewe and concentrate on winning this one get clarke back on the right for debrah or sang and either swap hackford for tolaj or richards or go to a front two take harper and hackford off and put croasdale and walters on so garrity can play further forwards.

 

Whatever it needs to change now because we are lucky we are only losing by 1 goal that was abject.

Rico needs to come on alongside Tolaj & Clark. Also Croasdale as I don’t see Harpers role at all. Apart from picking up his wages 

Too many Vale players not on their game tonight, good thing is we're only 1-0 down and still very much in this.

Stating the obvious but we need a Vale player to take the game by the scruff of the neck and dominate it and Vale player to score a goal.

Yeah! I’m essentially middle aged now with teenage kids getting up to no good (to be fair they’re alright!). It’s another Tuesday evening where I don’t want to watch the second half. 

5 at the back, 2 sitting midfielders and a 50 yards gap to the 3 in their half. I won't call them attackers as so far they haven't. Dreadful and Moore's lack of tactical knowhow has killed the atmosphere stone dead. Barrow making us look like Barrow
