Port Vale v Barrow match thread - 25 March

There's been zero talk about Headley, correct? Safe to assume he'll miss the entire run-in?

Iv got a vaguely banana skin smell emanating from one of my orifices tonight - out of the next four big matches, I think this is the most likely we slip up on - obvs hope im completely wrong

I've stopped second guessing DM's starting 11, just want 'em to score a goal or few and not concede any.

Most fans did that 20 games ago.

Hope this side is unleashed and allowed to attack.

Come on Vale - you can break this Tuesday hoodoo.

Come on Carlisle do the stuff tonight and beat Milton Keynes Don.

Kalamzoo Kid - That is the only other game on in Lg 2 tonight and would rather they win than Milton.  Makes the bottom of this league interesting for those of us who watch the bottom of the league even if we don't support the clubs.

Resting players at this stage of this season I find utterly ludicrous.

Couldn't agree more!

Like every game lately, an early goal is the key here imo. Get one early and it could be anything. HT 0-0 and it’s squeaky bum time again

Oh well I think that's the making of a very good side

Hackford must react to the work of stockley he could well get a few tonight .

Shame about Tolaj but if it isn't working, I'm sure he be unleashed

4-0

Get it avenged .

Seems a few here .

Well hamil anyway not so much the away end but credit to whoevers travelled

I agree its crazy we have what 9 games left young fit healthy professional athletes should be able to play 9 games between now and the end of the season . I could see dm resting 5 players in the last game with us needing 3 pts for promotion its like a reflex action with him. Whats Umolu resting from sitting on the bench?

That said I didn't think the midfield was working at all on saturday slow and lacked energy for me.

Does feel looking at the squad barring an injury it’s plausible we’ve maybe seen the last of Chiz at Vale.

Straight into them Vale!!

Anyone know which TV Chanel is being shown with Bowers commentating. The Barrow commentators I'm listening to are driving me mad

Now we’re looking like a ‘ top 3 ‘ team 👀

Credit to Barrow, they’ve not come here just to frustrate us based on the early running. We  need just get a little spell of possession to get into the game.

It's not on Sky+!!!
