We are flying through league 2

come on big D - luv yer

He has gone from a win percentage of 12% with someone else's squad upto 35% now with his own players..... love the big man I do 🙂

Long may his reign continue

6 of our next 9 are away from home. Seems an odd disparity.

Whilst I realise its 23 home and 23 away it seems an odd fixture imbalance. But our away form is excellent.

Next 2 homes Crewe and Poundland fc.

Many might not agree but as it stands I think both Debrah and Sang have earned new contracts as i think they have improved a lot with better players around them and I do feel they could do a job for us in the league above after gaining more experience this season.

I never had any doubts over Debrah, always thought that there was a player in there once he got up to the pace of things.  He had speed, he's strong, enthusiastic and loves playing, you can work on the rest. I was never quite as enthused by Sangy but never one to criticise, maybe it was where he was playing in the wingback spot up against a quicker full back never did it for me but he's been great this season.

Yesterday’s access all areas video is quality. Atmosphere electric & spine tingling stuff.

Yes, might have mentioned it before but couldn't go yesterday after falling ill in Harrogate but will watch the game when it finally appears in PVTV.

Brilliant video, how BBB got booked yesterday was a complete farce, players sticks his leg out across him so BBB catches him and it's a yellow.  Couldn't even blame having the sun in his eyes.

Hope your back on the mend mate 👍🏻 enjoy the highlights ️

Last season, every single Premier League side (bar relegated and awful Sheffield United + Wolves) defended corners with all 10 outfielders in the box. They're either all daft and can't see something quite basic, or it's advantageous to have all men back at set-pieces.

Darrell Clarke was asked about this at a forum and he said if you have your quick lads on the edge of the box you have better chance of a break away if you clear the corner. Still think it’s daft mind. When the opposition have a corner you have two extra players than them if everyone is in the box - the corner taker and their keeper aren’t there. Bring someone like Benicio out and they would probably bring two back giving you an even better balance in the box??

The next 4 away games are against very poor sides, too.

Gills (no wins in 6), Morecambe (24th), Cheltenham (16th), Bromley (18th).

Those two home games are going to be massive.

Having watched the replays back today I never realised in the ground how good Cover’s ball was for the 3rd goal. It’s a lovely cross from Rico & the headmaster doesn’t miss those but that pass from Brandon is pure class 👌🏻 Similar to Benicio the other week, your only seeing that pass if your a level above never mind pulling it off. Give Leicester whatever they want Auntie Carol.

Pretty much every team has 3-4 'zonal' markers who can attack the ball without being reactive to the opposition runners, and then the rest pick up men. It's difficult to focus on the ball and properly win it if your eyes are on your man - hence the need for a few 'zonal' players. You ideally want a man tracking every runner in addition to your zonal players.

Having fewer people congesting the box also frees up space for runners. There's a lot of off-ball blocking at set-pieces now as they become more and more planned and elaborate. If you lose a body, that's a bit of green grass for an attacker to run into.

Fundamentally fans have banged on about this for years, but every team brings back 10 players. There must be something in it.

As well as the points there is potential for record breaking streaks, but for now one game at a time.

Is anyone able to post it on here please

Having only just watched the highlights, how good was Sangs block in that mad scramble.

Outstanding piece of defence coupled with a brilliant save from Ripley.
