Don’t mean to hijack the thread but I’m buying a ticket for myself and my lad as we’re coming down from Leeds for the first home game of season and just wondered where the best place for him to experience his first Vale game will be.
I can’t decide between the Hamil Road and Paddock. Hes 10 so would like him in and around some of the atmosphere.

Personally I think the hamil is great when teams playing well ,as someone who spent many a season in railway paddock/stand  and moved to the end Vale  attacking it was good in there aswell ,the lorne street is ok if want peace and quiet but even that end sings if Vale play well .

Even though remained in hamil for this  campaign for best view railway stand in hamil I found it hard see when attacking the bycars , if only all home support moved to end where attacking be better atmosphere but they stay down the other end .

I'd say if lad wants good view of game then Railway

But if wants to have a drink and a nice pre match experience with fanzone and pumping music from.excellent and excitable dj the hamil .

Swindon are absolutely shocking, don't think they'll be troubling the top 7 based on this. Chesterfield seem to be quicker all over the pitch, whether that's more about them than Swindon remains to be seen.

Struggled last year. Funny if they went out the football league 😂

Totallt agree. Swindon improving in last few mins but still look poor, olly Clarke looks like he's their main threat

Barnsley 1 - 2 Mansfield latest score

Wonder if sky showing highlights during half time will develop further. I would like to have seen latest scores as ifollow used to do.

And Swindon are now level. Chesterfield just allowed him to run from his own half and then bang in a 20 yarder.

Wow what a goal from Wright for Swindon!

Vale are bottom of the league and we haven't had one shot on target yet, Moore Out !

That’s a bit naff, not sure then pal. I’m watching Chesterfield game now with commentary & replays, the Barnsley match has as well. But I’m using an IPTV service
