This all asks a lot of questions.

Do they know what they are doing?

Do they make it up day by day as they go along?

When they come up with an idea do they just implement the idea without looking at the advantages / disadvantages?

Why wasnt this communicated to the fans?

What happened to improved communication with the fans?

If Melvs not impressed then you can guarantee the ball will get bigger.

Seen that you can't do the payment plan through a joint bank account, so goes this mean that me and the wife can't get the plan, because our account is joint?  Never been an issue before when we've renewed.

Just another obstacle to make it more difficult to give them money.

They're probably just having a few teething problems or is it maybe cos there isn't enough staff working in the club shop

Who knows , but I agree the communication isn't the best

Teething problems? They sell season tickets every year, the communication isn’t great unless you pay for a newsletter.

Same as us we now must transfer money to daughters bank what a mess UTV

I’d pop into the club shop if and when you can.  All the folk I’ve spoken to who’ve done that have had no issues when purchasing ST’s outright or setting up the payment plan.

It all seems to be done on a wing and prayer at present.

A change of system was a necessity, perhaps it was a bit rushed to make the move to Ticketmaster but the mobilisation and implementation thus far has been very poor.

I feel the cub really struggle to walk through changes from a practical point of view.

The club have good  ideas for the right reasons but let themselves down with execution.

You can understand why Vale cannot get a fanbase over 5,000.

It’s not perfect I get that

But everything is used to beat the club at every opportunity

It’s like the the fans think the club owes them

Obviously there vale fans so I question the person more and that’s not just on here I get sent stuff from that knobheads wonder of port vale site

I’m told that last year Wrexham sent out season ticket cards in the post without sealing the envelopes properly so a number of fans received empty envelopes. Yet that club had more resources than any other club in League Two.  <ovf censored> happens.
