    Monday: 9:30am-5pm

    Tuesday to Saturday: 9am-5pm
    The Club Store will also be open for 30 minutes following all home fixtures.

    Sunday: CLOSED

    Probably me being daft but I understand I need to set up a direct debit before June 15th but expected it to be available online however it appears I have to visit the club.

    Is this correct?

    They might well know, unfortunately they're not keen to share their knowledge as they don't answer the telephone.

    I have just rung the Vale Ticket Office; they picked up on the second ring and were very helpful.

    The Ticketmaster incident means that the planned start of sales today has had to be pushed back while the problems are resolved, and they suggest that I (or you, indeed) could ring them back later this week to find out when the revised sales start date will be.
