What date do the fixtures come out? also the caraboa cup draw or whatever it will be?

Fixtures announced on 26 June. 

If anyone hasn't blocked me, can you tell me if you are supposed to be able to see your season tickets in your online account yet? I have renewed this morning in the shop and there is nothing showing in my ticketing account. My seat is still greyed out but it is held until the deadline day anyway. Being a Luddite I have ordered a physical ticket but I am concerned that i won't be able to buy any away tickets.

Not showing in mine yet though got confirmation email and the payment was taken so not massively concerned. Think there’s been some stuff they’re still working through such as generating QR codes as the one sent on the email confirmation didn’t work.

Not yet so guessing that will be transferred over after the early bird ends. Only stuff on it is if click on the top right my account icon it’ll have your name and customer ID plus says season ticket holder under it.

Cant help you with that sadly,they threw me yesterday when i went to do mine by asking if i want a physical one or one on my phone......how times have changed,i did of course ask for a physical one for me and my lad but it cost an extra 5 quid for each one but the card lasts 5yrs

There are some things with this that have come across as just making it more difficult than needs be for some people. Doesn’t affect me as paid it up front but not being able to use a joint account for the payment plan I don’t get the rationale on that one.

I am confused because I have a Ticketmaster account already for buying concert tickets etc and I also have an ifollow account. I was trying to log into my ticket account but i am not sure which one is the one with my season ticket information in. I realise that I am not as IT literate as some people but I am finding it all a bit of a faff.

Hi R Z you will get an email with the Q R code for season ticket some time in July.

Any idea how to add someone to my "network" for season ticket renewal, both of us have the same supporter number but obviously different names so the system can only find me.........

I had the same so I emailed them. They rang me back and sorted it.

I sorted the same issue by email with the club

The club shop will say you are linked on there system but when it shows on your phone only one of you will have both details i had this problem last season with the membership card i had both details on my phone for me and my daughter but my daughter only had her details on her phone so she could not buy tickets for us both ended up going to the shop to buy tickets.
