Apathy.

I'm not saying it is, but I do believe that type of thing is more important to Carol than the on the pitch activity.

How would you know? And again, its not necessarily a zero sum thing.

The Robbie Williams incident straight after Carols letter upset me and I'm sure a lot of others.

We invest our time and money and don't deserve to be patronised and criticized, which was the content of Carols letter. It's almost the same it being her ball and she'll take it home so no one else can play with it,or else.

Couple this with an inane 50 year old trying to be cool when he only turns up if he needs publicity

Don't treat the fans like fools...they are the heartbeat of the club

I can see crowds of 2500 if Fraudcroft is still there with 50 Harrogate/Crawley/Accie fans there. It's heartbreaking

I'm not saying it is, but look at the evidence, Carol says she doesn't look at or post on social media, but couldn't stop herself when Robbie pitched up. She herself uses the community work as a way of defending her inaction in addressing the football side of matters as she mentioned herself in the open letter.

I took the wife out for lunch yesterday and then went around Ikea for an hour or so. It was much less stressful than watching us lose again with barely a wimper. It's possible that I wont bother again this season.

Bringing someone like Robbie closer to the club makes sense though, financially maybe one day and for the club commercially. Again, Im not defending recruitment and what happened in January, but bring Robbie into the club didnt stop that from happening, again it’s not a zero sum game with such things.

Granville, I don’t blame her in one way if the posts are vile. However they won’t all be and by taking that action, it shows she thinks she’s beyond reproach. I just wish she’d take a look at the L1 table and not when reading across the table, when someone else is reading it. Thinking we’re second top.

I think its because the upper hierarchy genuinely feel what we do on the pitch is less important than all the community work we do etc.

We've worked really hard to make our reputation a good one outside of our actual fan base by rubbing shoulders with the EFL, Robbie Williams, the city Council and anyone else who can enhance the club's reputation outside of the city and off the pitch, but we've actually neglected the paying customers who turn up every week and actually watch the football!

If that's the case then carol

Should put the for sale sign up

She continuously buries her head in the sand

And then has the nerve to criticise the fans

We pay good money and expect our players to show fight and passion

But these phenomenal players

don't seem to care , bin them.all bloody off

Apathy stems from the fact that deep down we know what's gonna happen before we've even kicked off. The only variable is how long it takes.

Usually between 4 and 20 minutes before the opposition score.  Then the heads drop and the 2nd goal will soon come.

Yes I get the apathy feeling first game I've attended on sat since Lincoln .

Sat down players come out didn't applaud them on ,players names read out no interest in them whatsoever  ,wonder of you played couldn't even be bothered sing that  .

Game kicked off turned into the nut  job I am my lad going mad at me as families with young kids around as I lose it with what I'm.seeing it's horrific we give the opposition a goal start then we fall apart

Go home left after second goal hearts pounding ten to the dozen

Angry , frustrated, livid, hurt ,flabbergasted spent hrs doing self techniques calm mesen down .

Sunday reflection .

Sad, defeated, give up don't want watch Vale ever again .

Repeat weekly every Tues league games for 2 years .

We are just mere supporters we not asking them get top of the league  we do expect top of the league .

EFFORT HEART and DETERMINATION. (TAKE NOTE players)

We not getting that

I'm not sure what we getting but it's increasingly annoying a lot of good people
