jones for me should never be allowed to "play" in any of our teams again, did he even make a tackle?, he ran with their player down the wing then when they got to our area he just stopped, a few times. Keep his registration but don't play him, we don't want to let him ruin any other team (stoke excluded).

flu*cough has got to go now, hes ruined us this and next season with "players" contracts, seriously we're building for the non-league and its got to start now... chanting is not doing any good. This has got to get serious...or we are gone.

Ainsworth: - If you want boring hoof and run, , cheating and clogging football.
Would you prefer to continue watching the current tripe being served up? I for one am fed up with our comical attempts to play out from the back, pointless passing around the midfield and complete lack of passion and effort. Not sure Ainsworth is the answer but we certainly have got to try something different that gets the crowd going

My biggest gripe with Carol is that many of her comments about the club create the impression that she has bought a small, minor division club with no history like Stevenage or something.

I genuinely think she believes the current situation isn’t that bad and we are somehow punching above our weight being in league 1 in the first place. That’s certainly the flavour of things I get from the letter.

Some might think it's a strategy to keep expectations artifically lowered and the fans grovellingly beholden to her getting us to league one (41 seasons in the championship, 44 seasons in league one before Carol)

Unfortunately i don't think that is the case, just bad judgement and poor advice has brought us to this.

It worked for him

The COVID debacle worked for him. They were outside the playoffs and cancelled a game against in form, high flying Coventry who were winning everything. Two days later the League decided the playoffs would be calculated on number of games played points etc. Had they not cancelled the Cov game, they’d have been outside the playoffs.

Covid didn't work for everyone though did it? Remember where Vale were before covid hit under Askey

The frequency at which she pull out the "little old Port Vale" card really gets on my <ovf censored>, regardless. It's embarassing. Sometimes I'm not sure some at the club acknowledge the 143 year BC / before Carol era even happened.

Ainsworth's achievement in engineering Wycombe to such a position on very little money and resource was superb

It's just so she has 180 million to gloss over the fact.

Synectics was not sold, it was invested in. She does not have a cheque for £180m.
