Hopefully they may do as they are a main sponsor.  You never know the new company taken over may sponsor the Vale.  Stranger things have happened - Vale one day may actually get a striker who can score.  😉

What's it got to do with the club. It's a separate business nothing to do with PVFC other than we had the same owners. The only change i see is that will we have to find new shirt sponsors or have they included sponsorship in the deal to sell Synectics with the new company owners.

Those numbers are all well and good for the football club BUT if you make silly decisions and still stick by them, on the footballing side, you can have all the money in the world and still not progress.

How much of that 180 million is actually Carol and Kevins though. Who else own shares in SS? 

Don't know the ins and out of the company share issue but employees may hold shares etc?

It's occurred to me that Carol and Kevin bought Vale for five million yet the club owe Synectic 10 million. I wouldn't trust these asset companies... They care nothing for nothing only profit.

Sure Carol will have sorted any debts etc between Vale and Synectics so that there's no detriment to Vale. After all, she owns Vale.

They took over a football club because they thought first and foremost it was in their own best interests. Not find a cure for cancer.
Like all owners she's a businesswoman looking to make a profit long term.

I dont think this will have any impact on the club , but it would be nice to have this confirmed in some sort of statement , the loans are a concern , have the new company bought the debts , or are they personal loans fro the Shanahans , and is any interest being charged , or will there be in the future .
