If we are unbeaten this time next week I would say Will Ryder till the end of the season.
Today we looked a team
we played with confidence
players looked as though they knew what their job was.
The team played with belief and confidence.
That penalty (so well converted) so late in the game may just create what's needed to get us on a run.
Peterborough may be a step too far but beat Cheltenham and we may just get a move up the table.

I hope we get the person we need but I still feel that anyone worth his salt isn't going to want to be acting simply as the coach, with no real traditional managerial power.
