Aaron Collins and Dion Charles are going to have a field day today against our defence. Even everyone on Boltons' bench would walk into our side. Iredale, Morley, Dempsey and Nlundulu especially. Forrester who is out injured would walk into our defence too. I think bar maybe Garrity, none of our squad would get anywhere near the Bolton side, the gulf in class is shocking.

I had such high hopes for Moore but he comes across as super uninspiring. In his interviews I find he says a lot but doesn't actually say anything at all? It's just ramblings. He's up there with Askey and Sinnott for dullness and monotonousness. I can't imagine him motivating anybody. Vale fans aren't hard to please, we don't expect to be the best but we just want some grit, effort and passion. We've not had any of that from anybody (players, managers or owner) for a long time. The whole club is apathetic and it's sank it's way all the way from the boardroom to the stands. The players look so pedestrian and uninterested. We are in such a sorry state.

I'd genuinely say Bruno Ribeiros European dream team was better than this current squad. Rigino Cicilia > Ryan Loft Paulo Tavares > Funso Ojo Ben Purkiss > Tom Sang Jak Alnwick > Connor Ripley Kiko > Conor Grant Chris Mbamba > Gavin Massey Okay, maybe not the last one.. Just. Then add the likes of Jerome Thomas, Andre Bikey, Anthony Grant, Ryan Taylor, even Alex Jones. Everyone of those would get into this current squad which shows how poor we really are.

I'm sick of making average teams like Northampton, Wycombe and Exeter look like prime Barcelona. It's genuinely astounding how <ovf censored> we are. You'd have thought that two big burly centre halves in Andy Crosby and Darren Moore would know something about defending but clearly they don't have a clue.

You reap what you sow. Well beaten by Exeter City reserves. Firstly, the cheap option managerial appointment, without even interviewing a single candidate is absolutely staggering. Secondly, signing players released from mid table League Two sides and relegated League One sides. Another scandalous January transfer window (for the 3rd season in a row). Loaning random players in a panic then never playing them. And that's just the start and without mentioning Flitcroft. It's been obvious from preseason that we wouldn't stay up.

That starting lineup is disgusting. Lowe and Grant are awful. Walters hasn't played a lot recently. I'm undeniably pessimistic but I can't see anything other than a 4-0 loss incoming.
