Regardless of what Radio Stoke are saying about an improved performance, this looks barely different to the Crosby era. My biggest fear is that Crosby wasn’t that bad and he was hamstrung by the limitations of a duff squad. 
 

Certainly we don’t have players as willing to shoot as Reading have.

It's not been improved at all. People are deluded. We've just played a worse team than Cheltenham, who were far from great themselves. We're still rubbish at the back and absolutely woeful up top.
