Cass on the bench - presumably because of a lack of defensive cover than any transfer-related psychology.

Tbh , think Cass is a better option to have on the bench rather than Balmer  imo

Bench is so weak, if we fall behind there aren’t many good options on there. Not sure why Sang is left out.

Don't get me wrong I rate Sang but I think he looked a bit of the pace last sat .

Seems quite an attacking lineup that. For as long as this game lasts a midfield of Devine, Weir and Chislett could be fun to watch.

Obviously having come down here and spent £29 on a ticket plus train fare would like to see this to a conclusion but will never criticise a group of supporters doing what they can to try and save their club.

Ok this is not another moaner, just a bit odd that shorrock isn’t even on the bench, I thought he was the best of the young uns.
Young Ben's been the best imo. Whips in some very very good crosses and tracks a man very well

It’s his mock GCSE’s this week and his mum’s insisted he have time ‘off work’ to revise.

First time trying to stream a game

for some reason the option to watch live isnt on here

The only option is an audio match pass

Anyone know why?

Bowers saying there's suggestion it's suspended and played tonight behind closed doors?

If you're in the UK you won't be able to watch live on iFollow due to the 3pm blackout rule.

Wonder what side will turn up - the charity side or the ruthless side who takes all three points and scores a hat full?
Radio sjoke just said the game may be stopped and played behind closed doors later tonight due to the Reading fans planning pitch invasions to get the game abandoned.  Feel sorry for the Vale fans who have travelled down to watch the game.  Why not just stop the Reading fans getting in and allow the Vale fans in to watch the game.
Can't see the match being played later to be honest.

You’ll need a VPN as Saturday 3pm games are blacked out in the UK.

If is suspended will we be able to watch on iFollow since it won’t be a 3pm kickoff?

Fundamentally the club spent money they didn't have, now both he and the club have run out of money.  I don't have a lot of sympathy with either the club or the fans over the way they shafted us with the John Clarke transfer 2 years ago. They made approaches to the player behind the clubs back. Didn’t see their fans complaining about the morality of it. Vale ended up cutting their losses and letting him move. They have invested millions in infrastructure (training facilities) they can't afford to repay in league 1.

Completely normal to have little sympathy for a fanbase who had nothing to do with the signing of a youth-team left-back years ago.

Let them go bump, I say.

disgusting if they get this abandoned. I get they’re having issues as we did but it’s fair on our fans. Get the game on protest before and after
