The Football League are an absolute disgrace. They are quick to hand out point deductions and transfer embargos but when the boot's on the other foot they basically can't be arsed with little Port Vale. Add to that the fact that they hold their meeting in Portugal for what's basically an old boys jolly-up. What a farce

doesn't mention anything about little us, however if the earlier poster that said Ryder has gone over is correct you would hope it could be sorted out today.

 

Other things I have read they are discussing are reverting back to 7 substitutes and 4 going down from league 2 and 4 going up from the conference.

Can not believe that the FL dont have a matrix for requirements from new owners for what is required before attending the relevant meetings:doh:

The least they could do is lift the embargo so we can at least sign players. Or are we the club that is going to be made an example of? This isn't fair.

I am now hoping that they have said as soon as the relevant info is supplied then we can exit admin and not have to wait until the next meeting in June.

This is crazy, i'm hearing that if this isn't sorted today (and it looks unlikely) than we would have to wait until Monday 25th June, however the football league fixtures would want us out of admin before June 14th as they would not be able to give us any fixtures ( due on June 18th)

This could get very messy.
