Ryder should of had the deal done by the end of July, he's gone over by 2 days so far. This is admin folks, it doesn't always go smoothly, ask the Plymouth fans. If Ryder takes over before another bidder puts down a deposit, he'll have my backing.

 

It's not the fact that deadlines have not been met. Were in admin and lots of things can go wrong or take longer than anybody expected. But we were told weeks ago that all everybody was waiting for was a signature from the FL, which lets be honest was a pack of lies and a load of nonsense.

 

Right now I have no trust at all in Ryder or Young. However, if Ryder does finally buy the club then he should be given the benifit of the doubt by everyone and a chance to prove himself a good choice.

I can't help it. One minute I think everything will be okay and Ryder will take over, explain the delay and all will be fine. Then the next I think Ryder is a dodgy ****ier that has left us in the crap.

All very understandable. VP has been a madhouse for the last five years or so with the last two being a complete and utter high security asylum and just when you think you can see light at the end of the tunnel....:ninja:

I think we were waiting for a signature up until about 10-11 days ago, the deadlines have been coming from Young. Ryder on the other hand hasn't give any deadlines i don't think, not publicly, only what we here from Young. Okay, so Ryder as had a few difficulties sealing the deal so far for whatever reason, but like i say this is admin & things don't always go as planned. At the end of the day i'm just a football fan who happens to support the Vale. All's i want is to watch my team play, with good players, in a decent league. If Ryder can give me that, then that's good enough for me, i don't really give a crap about anything else, the FL, Young or indeed Ryder as a person. I just want to watch some decent football again.

Ryder set himself a deadline when he asked for an extra 24 hours (of which he then missed)

At the end of the day, deadlines come and go in business but its the fact that he is totally ignoring the SC, the very people he courted to champion his course, that, to me, is not acceptable !!

Hey ho..when has BY been inept?

 

I am fed up repeating myself re BY and co so I'm not going to bother..nothing to add.I appreciate not everyone sees all threads and posts but there are some on here who just won't listen despite getting the same message from different sources re BY

 

I'll be doing my best not to rise to the bait anymore and concentrating my thoughts and actions on this going thru and being a success and if it doesn't , then someone else coming in and making a go if it

 

Stick together even if you disagree with each other
