I don't doubt anything as I reply to your post, I am told and believe the deal with go through by Friday and it's a hold up of a pension fund!

It would make sense if his lawyers have drawn up documents to "extract money" from a pension fund and then got that wrong..that could take quite some time to rectify and KR would be in the hands of his lawyers "We'll have it sorted tomorrow/by the end of the day/sometime this week"..you know what lawyers can be like

Was Ryder's mate who pulled out a bald fella called Mulligan by any chance?

santa, stan did not know either of there names [ at the time ] other than they were business men from lancashire, stan was not even sure why he was asked to attend as he was not then a director, he did mention one of the guys was a football agent or connected with football ?

Bob Young stated yesterday that KR had deposited money with his solicitors.Did he mean the ****ed up Pension money or cash?.If that money was available why didn't he transfer that with a promise of the rest to follow? He then would have exposed himself to losing a load more money if he ducked out plus there would be a few more happier people about. Is that too simple ?

That might have been Don Mackay.

The only one of Ryder's associates whose name I was aware of was an estate agent from Colne called Liam Mulligan.

Could a SIPP be used to purchase a football club ?

It could probably be used to purchase and own a football stadium.

I'm sure that's how Walsall's owners, the Bonser brothers, bought the Bescot Stadium.

The rent the club was paying to the owners was nicely topping up their pension tax free.
