Mo's response to Lloyd

The last thing we need is the board using Mo as they did before the last EGM. Believe it or not, there are still people out there who think directors/ex-directors, are doing/have done a great job and its these people the board will try to get on side. As much as I want these idiots gone and a successful local business man to come in, let's not encourage Mo to do anything because they will use that for all its worth, as Lloydy tried to do last night on the radion. Just my opinion of course.

Mark is CEO of Environ Tim.

 

And is also a shareholder, as part of the package when he sold BGC was in shares. Environ group wasn't a Mark Simms business though, although I stand to be corrected if wrong.

I think the 3 business's that environ bought will probably remain trading. They bought BGC and a couple of other firms one in Stoke and one up north if I remember.

He's holding on so tight as his investment in Vale is exceptionally important, he aint a rich man and will hopefully become quite poor very soon.

Not good - Sorry to say this but BGC appears to be on it's ****, people already laid off and some of those who are still there haven't been paid for the last two weeks.
