When the first protest was done in London I asked why the marching for an American issue. I was told it was to show solidarity. Okay, I can see that. In Bristol there was a statue to a slave trader so I can see why that got taken down, albeit illegally. I don't see why people are marching on the <ovf censored> M6 for, that just seems nuts.

And we can go round in circles forever on what's going on in America. It is a crazy country and crazy things happen there everyday.

It wasnt the most sensible or effective way to make the point but then kneeling on somebody's neck until they die isn't the most effective way to arrest a guy either...  the bottom line, if George Floyd is not killed none of this happens right now and to focus on the behaviour of the protesters rather than the the issues that caused it is actually what the problem is in the first place.

Two people on a message board dedicated to Port Vale have been talking about it now for around an hour.

Probably, if he put up a struggle and resisted arrest, the USA police don't play by the rules.

Do you believe:

a) US police dont play by the rules and are equally bad independent of race and colour

b) US police dont play by the rules and that issue is worse if the person they are dealing with is African American
