Bratt Still Recieving Benefits from Vale

I have in the past 24 hour's come across that Bill Bratt is still recieving benefits from Port Vale including the club still paying his medical insurance and car insurance.

 

I dont know if this is normal practice for this to be happening for a period of time after a director leaves a company but I have forwarded the evidence onto Pete Williams and Martin Tideswell anyway for them to have a look at.

Medical Insurance is done on a monthly basis as it is a benefit in kind and is there for taxable. I cannot see it being paid yearly in advance. I cannot see why they would still pay his car insurance unless he still had a company car as even if they had paid his insurance for a year in advance they could claim back any remaining term of the year paid up.

Or due to incompetence they may have simply forgot to cancel the. Standing order that pays it.

Apparently he recently changed his car at a garage owned by a different former chairman!

Bratt has been allowed to keep these benefits because he is still garantor for club debts for the time being. Miller and deakin offered this to continue.

I texted Bratt to tell him he was responsible for bringing Deakin. To the club.I aka said how I had trusted him before but it shows how wrong I was.He replied by asking me to speak to him as. I may havee my facts wrong and he was the bank guarantor until Jan 31 and had not been on the board for the last 4 months.I am too angry to speak to him but texted back to thank him for the mess we are in and he is culpable for this.Whether it be admin or turning to Mo our very existence is in the balance.It didn't get me anywhere but I felt slightly better for telling. him that any true fan would not habe acted as he has.I have his mobile and home number if anyone wants to do the same

Text him again and TELL him to arrange a meeting with SC,Sentinel or even god forbid RS.Then he can tell his side of the story so every one can see it,hear it.If it is a meeting between him and yourself and you then post what was said he will just say he didn't say that.Tell him to man up and contact one of the above.

Melv I will do that now and let you know if he replies.I thought he had Vales interests at heart but I think he is only looking out for himself

Actually the snake Mike Lloyd appointed Deakin when BB was on one of his many holidays. Apparently BB was not a happy man when he found out his fellow directors had agreed something without getting his approval. This was the beginning of the end for him.

 

The comparison between Deakin and Bill is massive. One was trying to do what what right for the vale but making a massive mess of it. The other blood suckers are just ripping us off left right and centre.

 

I can't believe they will be able to get away with what they have done.
