Thats what i was thinking when i read about him and saw him for 20 mins against torquay then he came up with a step over went round the outside of their left back and got to the by-line (first vale play for 3 seasons to do so) and put a great cross in!

I think he may have the odd match where he may have a tough time (who doesnt?)but compare his ability to somebody like haldane its like watching Pele! Really hope we can keep the pair of them!===

Myth.

 

Whilst playing on the right he was finding the byline and mixing it up with some right footed crosses.

 

He prefers his left obviously but it isn't anywhere near Paul Edwards left.

we signed litlejohn at about the same age as betsy and he did well for us in some games so he could be a good signing if we were interested.

Just don't think we'll have the money to be honest - though if we could keep JMW and get Betsy, we would have some genuine width in the team, and crosses to Richards, Pope/Madjo could cause a bit of mayhem to the oppo in 2012. Perhaps we will release a couple of players to generate the wages? But the squad is pretty thin even now.

I think you need 4 wingers in the squad so you've got options to change them if need be. Taylor, JMW, Betsy and another would be dangerous.

He won't **** about doing trials, half of league two will be lining up to sign him.

Haldane was one of our best players at the back end of the 2009 -2010 season. Last season he had the insect bite with affected him and this season he was playing well at tranmere untill he broke his leg.
