Many teams have been in admin and been a better side than Port Vale. For example Luton, rotherham and bournemouth. The problem we have got is that the players are a bunch of bottlers that dont give a **** about the club!

I'm wondering if the players aren't giving their all because they don't know if they will be getting paid? Perhaps that is what Micky is referring to when he says he doesn't like some of the comments he is hearing from the players;)

To me, not giving your all in sport (and losing) is the same as deliberately losing.

 

Your analogy about my job is a bad one as I don't work in an environment where I can earn my employers 18k in 90mins by playing football to the best of my ability.

 

However, if i thought I would increase my chances of getting paid I would put more effort in, not less.

Adams on RS said this morning he didnt "recognise" some of the players,the body language was wrong and had heard them making "comments".

 

Does this mean the players are losing respect for the managerial team?

 

They including Grew and Horsefield made life as hard as possible for the previous manager and some of them have been rewarded with longer contracts dont they owe it to Adams to "Put a shift in" or are the players realising Adams is one dimensional and they have heard it all before.

 

Remember this time last year Adams was the ''daddy'' and the players had 100% belief in everything he did.

 

Then he walked out on them :( There is no way that those players have the same respect for him !!

'I think the Gaffers lost the plot lads, why does he keep picking us'?

 

Or the players in general might be talking amongst themselves saying that we need more bodies in as we simply are not looking like scoring with the current players we have!!!
