On the Brink.....!

This is terrible. Bill Bratt kept the boat afloat for eight years y'know and as soon as he leaves the Vale face admin.

We were in a good financial state.

He left us in the steady position of where we are.

Don't come back Bill, all is not forgiven. Just get in touch with the rest of the board and advise to get out before things get so bad that the Vale can not be saved. Just tell them TO GET OUT, PROMPT!

Yes i pointed at a collectively group I didn't point you out as an individual I actually think that I'm getting grief here for being a Vale fan and supporting the team. Because I don't think we should be involved in politics.

If your not interested in/dont care about the politics and you just want to go and watch the "football"..... who said?

I now believe these protests were all about Mo from the start not about change at all I don't like that so in fairness I can stop going if I want too

Will you still just go and support the team IF Mo does get in?

I don't know anything to what is going on but the fiver deal for the Torquay game stunned me, I mean we charged a tenner for the Walsall friendly!

My instincts tell me something very major is wrong..:(

Something is definitely wrong, if it wasn't there would be a statement from Vale saying there is no chance of administration just to quash the rumours.

admin admin here we come admin here we come.

If you're all going admin clap your hands:(

It's so sad but i had to do it please forgive me.

I am fully aware of the reaction that this post will provoke.

Please do not ask me my source, but it's the same source that informed me the night before to tell me that Rob Lee had sold his shares to the board and not Mo. The same source that informed me Micky Adams would be back 2 weeks before the official announcement.

This is my first 'real' post in years on this site, and I have it on very good authority that Port Vale FC will be put into administration very very soon. There is absolutely no money, loans have been taken out to pay wages, and I am led to believe they are are now begging cap in hand to Mo...!

For once I really hope I'm wrong.... I really do because this could spell the end....! What a mess...!

Sadly i think admin is the only way now to get REAL change:( but i really hope it's true about them going to Mo,that would be interesting.

Although Administration would see the end of the current board, please lets remember that good, innocent people at Vale will lose their jobs - spare a thought for the staff at Vale.

Administration is not to be celebrated.

With the way Miller and Deakin seem to have been handing out redundancies, the majority of the staff were probably living in borrowed time anyway, unfortunately.

Bratt/Jackson/Oliver et al knocked the club to the ground. Miller and Deakin and have then landed the killer blow and ripped the heart out.

If this story is true, the first thing that needs to happen is for some truth from the boardroom. Enough bulls**t now, we've all had enough of it.

We've been forced to have to sift through club messages, many of them contradictory, many of them clearly inaccurate (I won't resort to using 'lies'). It is obvious that something is not right and hasn't been for some time.

I reject any notion of this being SEO's fault. This is down to simple mismanagement at board level. How many times, both before and after the EGM, was the board asked if the finances were ok? How many times was that question usually greeted with laughter by the directors?

Nobody wants admin. But we cannot carry on in the hands of people that are demonstrating they cannot be trusted. The way things are now, it's a matter of time before admin happens, unless this BSI deal can save the situation.
