The big concern and a huge red flag indicator is the lack of info coming from the club recently. No comment from the club about BS wanting to sue Vale. Not even a mention 'It is in the hand's of the club's solicitor's'.You would have thought they would jump at the chance to quell any concern's that fan's have.

Clarification please Melv: why is BS wanting to sue PVFC - the very 'Club they are investing in? Is this different to AGS saying they want their pennies back?

There doesn't appear to be much info on the deal with the Vale on the BS website these days, when you go into the 'Articles' it says to read more but when you press onto it it returns to the front page of their website.Anyone else noticed how long its been like that?

So what you're saying Marie is that their website is just a face, with no depth to it whatsoever? It sounds like a fitting website!

No, she's saying the huge, detailed article about the exciting investment deal has been withdrawn from their website.

All indications point towards the BS deal being withdrawn, leaving Vale in trouble and our esteemed band of liars and schemers up sheet crik.

Mmm so Vale sign a deal with AGS then pull out in favour of BS.Because Vale pull out of a deal with AGS where a contract has been signed AGS want to claim back money(sue vale). Now BS pull out?Vale are left to pay out money to AGS,but no money is now coming from BS which could have helped to pay off the AGS claim.Add to that that attendances are below the break even figure, infact they seem to be dropping even more.

It's true.

This was the link:

http://www.blueskyturf.com/port-vale-football-club.php

Compare what happens when you click on the link now, to what happened when you clicked on it a few weeks ago:

Cached page

It begs the question why Blue Sky has taken the page down, and whether the relationship between them and PVFC has changed at all recently.

Or they have a **** web designer who instead of linking it to the story after moving it from the front page, linked the front page and thought " Who gives a ****? Bunch of Limey *******s" and left as is.

Also I see no mention on there of Yeovil, could this site have been setup just for Vale? I see the recent installation picture is for someone's front lawn and was like that a couple of months ago, massive player it appears!

But im sure they would keep their site upto date on something of such great importance as their investment into an English football club with the potential to break into the European market.

After all they don't like to let the grass grow under their feet do they.

That's just the menu though. The main article itself has been taken down.

When you click on Articles, the Vale story is still in the menu but when you click on 'read more' (which is a hyperlink pointing at http://www.blueskyturf.com/port-vale-football-club.php), this is a dead link and it just redirects you back to the home page.

The cached page I've put up there a few posts ago shows you what this page used to look like up until recently.
