Oxford tickets?

Just had a quick look on official site to see about getting my ticket for the Oxford game (Friday 3rd Nov)Maybe im looking in the wrong place or I have missed it.But I can't see where I can by my ticket for this game and print off the ticket.Anyone know if im looking in the wrong place.Or are tickets for this game just not yet available to buy on line and print off?

I popped to the ticket office after the game to buy three. It was closed. I went in the shop to see if they were on sale there. No. If I was running the club I would have had them on sale at half time in the stands. 4500 customers with 15 minutes on their hands to be persuaded. Oh well.

 

They really need to start getting their act together and make it easier for fans to buy tickets.So they can't sell the cup tickets on line and can't be bothered to sell tickets for a game Friday night after a match on the Saturday before

I've said it a thousand times, the ticket office staff run the place to suit themselves and not the paying customers. This is by no means the first time they have shown themselves to be absolutely useless.

 

I raised this with Colin Garlick last season. I spoke to someone else about it when I renewed my season ticket, when they couldn't have been less bothered about taking my money.

 

The Ticket Office manager needs sacking, it's as simple as that.

I went after the game to get a Newport ticket, as you say, closed. It’s unbelievable they have 5000 customers, vale fans all turning up at the same time and the ticket office is shut, it would save a lot of fans a lot of trouble if it opened for just half an hour after a home game.Now I’ve got to make another trip up to vp to get one.

I think it goes a lot deeper than that. It's a whole attitude of mind which leads them to believe we'll accept whatever they choose to let us have; after all, we're fans and we'll turn up anyway.

 

I think they need to be told we're customers and our custom can't be taken for granted. They should all be busting a gut to sell tickets; if they don't they're in the wrong job.

The ticketing and marketing departments are clueless,useless,incompetent.A total shambles
