Anyone fancy talking about football:D

Looking forward to Saturday, it will only be my second game this season but I feel I'm getting the hunger back.

Just looked the league table and we are both very evenly matched, should he a good, close game.

2-1 to the Valiants with Rico and Loft on the scoresheet.===

I know you haven't been for a while Tosher, but didn't you know Justin's no longer with us!

Saturday will be a stern test, as will the following 2 games but after them I think we will have a very clear picture of how our season is going to panout.

I think we will win this comfortably, Morecambe punching above their weight and in my opinion will drop down the table very soon. 3-0 again for the lads :)

4:2 to Vale. I am not able to make it, so bound to be a memorable goalfest with me seeing it on tinterweb. :(

Even worse: I have a good mate from Heysham who is going and I won't be able get him ratted and take the mick after.

I dont think we will win this as im going around burslem drinking before the game. theres 3 times this season where i havent had a drink before the match and we won 4-1 against accrington, 2nil against rotherham and 3nil against northampton. having said that i think both teams are quite easily matched and morecambe have a good unbeaton away reckon so it looks a draw all over to me but hopefully we will win.

Also i have noticed everytime we have had 2 home games in a row this season we lost the second one. vale 2 crawley 2 vale 2 huddesfield 4, vale 4 accrington 1 vale 2 southend 3, and vale 3 bradford 2 vale 2 shrewsbury 3. Obviously we won at home last week so if this was too continue we would lose at home this time.

how can people make statements like this after last season? wasn't it in November last year we beat Stockport 5-0 away and we were top, look what happened then!!

A win would be great, draw ok but even a loss in this and even the next 2 games would not mean the season is over. You only have to look at last season to know that you don't know how a season is going to pan out until at least the New Year. Short memories people

Im going for 3-0 again Pope to score first.
