I can apply for mine in a couple of weeks.:D

Havent been on a bus for years though.

Grey power rules - wake up Deakin., you're not as clever as you think. There are many who would pay £170 for a ST and their pay on the day total for the rest of the season would be considerably less if not zero.

One day to go before it goes down to £160.

I am ready to pay £176.80 [17 matches]based on the April price, any more and lemon top can go **** himself, and when the half ST come out at Christmas any more that £125 and he can go and **** himself a second time.

The current price is excellent for people of working age.

For OAP's it should be around £200.

£170 is taking the **** as if he did you would reconsider and demand it for £150! :D

Taking the ****, ****ing idiot,:bomb:

There are fans [of working age] who are getting double & treble the pension & got ST for £239 [£10.40 per match],Thats £176.80 for 17 matches so Nick's price is nearer than your,

I think you had better go back to school,

i was recently askd by a elderly gent,if i knew if the family stand would become ticket only? reason being is that he uses the bus to get to the game, and otherwise he would have get earlier bus and hang abt. he said for younger people thats not a issue but he said it would be for him at his age.and after 60yrs of supporting the vale.he woulf consider packing in.he added hes never missed a game for last 50yrs!! and also helped build vale park. some achievemrnts there.and be very sad and very unfair to loose these elderly fans.they are our past and shud be looked after in my view.

I go out to do a lot of work for the elderly and I always get talking about football. Vale and Stoke are something pensioners cant get to these days as it's far too expensive.

We could add another 500 minimum to the gate with the right kind of deal for OAPs

maybe slighly off topic, last season they seemed to have some OAP's out of a nursing home in one of the spare boxes for a match or two, I thought it was a nice gesture

My (private) pensioner parents are richer than me and I've been more often than my Dad (0 times), but not my Mum (a lot of times). Hard to see how to make it fair without means testing it at the turnstile.

The concessions are already in place for pay on the day, so they have already admitted it should be cheaper, its just that ST prices dont stack up.

Given the amount of Vale fans who call P & G and start off along the lines of 'I've been a Vale fan for 50 years . . .' if a discount was offered takings would be down 50%. It must be like 'Co****' up their on a match day.
