Hopefully if true they have a sell on clause aswell be good if we could get Danny Rowe in and another goalie and give Steete a contract that he would sign things would be looking up for once at the vale.

Jak is only 23 and IMO the best keeper in league one by a distance. That alone should set his value at £1m+

He's been brilliant the last 2 months but earlier in the season people were still questioning whether we released the wrong keeper when we let Neal go ( not me ). Who knows it might have been Jak and his agent who stipulated the release clause.

I think he's been brilliant since he signed and there was only really one on here saying otherwise who was a complete numpty and been banned. Be gutted if he leaves for such a small amount as he's class. Best keeper in this league by a country mile we would be in the bottom 4 if not for him. Has to be worth 7 figures.
