what he forgets to mention is that they have failed on 8 points of the 10 points on the v2001 charter

 

we are in a lower league then when they took over and have vast debts which have been taken on to preserve their positions as directors instead of accepting investment

if the new investors have a few million £££'s to invest WHEN/IF M/s Bratt & Oliver go then the board can say that they have achieved some success.

 

If the investors are Ameriturf the board will have continued to the end in their usual deteriorative manner.

This is exactly what I said yesterday him resigning makes no difference he can still control the club with jackson and meigh from behind the scenes, and make any changes to the club very difficult when voting at AGMs/EGMs etc...

 

people who were jumping for joy the other day when this was announced were very naive!
