I understand Mark Grew is taking the football club to a tribunal hearing next Thursday for constructive dismissal. Should he be successful, he has threatened to issue the club with a winding up order.

No idea why he is claiming constructive dismissal or if he's justified but sounds like alongside it he's making some sort of financial claim..winding up order sounds a bit excessive but I guess depends on the amount and the club's financial position

Someone asks if its Smurfs master plan to ruin the club and then being able to sell the land when there is no club there to play football.....I am starting to believe that the club ISN'T for sale and never has been nor is there any interest in us,its scary how things are starting to add up,i might just hang onto my season ticket money for now

If he has a claim he has a claim... first he has to win it, then damages are usually decided on what he has lost... I cant see he could have lost an amount that would necessitate a winding up order.... who knows?

Does there being no club to play at the ground override/nullify the apparent covenant though? How much would he get for the land/stadium anyways..enough to pay back his "investment"?

 

Anyways..I've no idea if he has such a masterplan..seems odd to loan money to the club whilst planning to ruin it..VP aint worth that much surely and any buyer would have him over a barrel as he's stuck with a white elephant stadium earning him nothing if there is no club.
