What i would also like to know.As there is only 4 board members then if 1 of those is up for election to be voted temp chairman.Then that 1 person would not be able to vote for himself.That would then mean that only 3 of the 4 could vote.Would this be right as only 3 can vote as there is supposed to be a quorum?(clutching at straw's maybe) Hope i've explained what im getting at clear enough.

 

How strange that we could end up with a temp chairman in position with a grand total of 2 vote's
