Future EGM

As NLV are considering a new EGM has anyone thought about obtaining votes/ proxies?

 

I only ask this as the margins of the last resolutions failing/passing were very slim but it was clear a number of shareholders didnt vote. I for one got the proxy of a with 100 shares "who couldnt be bothered with politics". So there must be a number of shareholders out there who for whatever reason wont /didnt vote. So following the boards lead can we start to obtain them?

Message with the EGM brief to the shareholders telling them of the need to vote or contact someone, I am sure the board will be making visits again.

It was an unusually high turnout at the last EGM. Well over 90% of the total issued share capital.

 

In some respects the figures are a bit puzzling. For example, an extra 7,000 shares voted on Ordinary Resolution 1 but didn't vote on any of the other resolutions. I have absolutely no idea why anyone would feel strongly enough to vote on that resolution but have no opinion about the 24.9% rule, Bill Bratt, Vote of no confidence etc.

but someone must know who did/didnt vote. I guess because people move address/ dont understand/ cant be bothered. it would be interesting to have these figures so we could contact these people

I'm a shareholder & not getting involved in all that again. B & G wanted a board member, have been offered a seat & rejected it. I am concentrating totally on the football side of things.

If someone could vote on Bill's behalf that would be useful. Let's have the EGM scheduled for a day when he's on one of his league-time vacations.

Im changing my vote if another egm is called. im voting for the board. this is all turning into a fantastic mess. SEO if you want. ruin the club to get rid of the terrible three then wait and see who purchases the ashes of the scortch and burn protest.

Why vote for something that hasn't and won't work? How much evidence do you need to show we need fresh blood?? How will voting for the 3 stooges help the future of PVFC?

Mo was the best option... the one i supported but he fell short at the end.

I think it's right though that another EGM will be pointless. Less people will vote, some will change votes and the recent actions of NLV in turning down the chance to be involved will be spun against them big time and cost votes. Thats obvious and the board could then also use it as the chance to elect few more on the board.
