Where is any funding coming from now ?

 

Ant this was not an meant as an Anti EGM post but a post to get all shareholders on side who didn't vote last time surely a plan for change might bring them to our way off thinking.

There is one thing for absolute certainty that on the next Egm /Agm members of the board will have acquired more shares, to ensure there will not be a close call again. Sorry but that's the reality, they control who buys shares and you can be 100% sure that no one who would potentially vote against the board will get any

I didnt take it as anti EGM, the point was an interim board would have to manages as the current board are now, if they could add additional funding then great but this would not be urgent, unless of course its around December time

The new egm needs to be just resolutions -

 

50% required to carry a motion of no confidence which removes the remaining directors from office with immediate effect.

 

Mark Sims then takes up his election and proposes his board to the shareholders by post like the scummers did with Micky.

Its not an option to us, admin is only an option for the board, do the board really want to go into admin ?

In reality they couldnt call the loan in, just take control of the ground. Do you really think that they would prefer that over having the loan repayments effectively underwritten by someone with £60M of assets. Do me a favour.

Im changing my vote if another egm is called. im voting for the board. this is all turning into a fantastic mess. SEO if you want. ruin the club to get rid of the terrible three then wait and see who purchases the ashes of the scortch and burn protest.

Better to kill something you love rather than let someone else.. Bill. have it?

I don't think that another EGM is a good idea.I'm not convinced that the outcome would be any different than the last. The voting is weighted in favour of the Board. My advice is to vote with your feet and Starve Em Out.
