A hard game they all r.

Get up the pitch and get in there faces from the off ,play at a high tempo for all the game ,any 50/50 come out with the ball ,positive not play in your own half all game and settle for a 0_0 and bore the followers .

ALNWICK

PURKISS Streete Duffy Dicko

Grant Foley Lloyd

Moore dodds

JJ

SUBS AS USUAL .

BRING O'connor on for GRANT 65 and if we want to get even more attack minded Uche for Dodds around the same time .

really need to be going for it here. no 4-4-2 - it's clearly not working, in fact nothing has worked away from home. My team would be:

-----------------------Alnwick--------------------------

---------------------------------------------------------

-------Purkiss--Streete--McGivern--Dickinson-------

---------------------------------------------------------

------------------------Grant---------------------------

----------------O'Conner-----Foley---------------------

--Moore----------------------------------------Daniel--

-----------------------Ikpeazu--------------------------

4-3-3, lets get our best three players on the pitch at the same time in the middle... why do we have to only have 2? Daniels been playing well of late and against the Shrews everything decent we did pretty much came through him.

Duffy and McGivern, for me are too similar - there's not enough dominance there. The only reason I dropped Duffy was because I think McGivern's been slightly better over the last few games. But either of them alongside Streete would be fine.

Lets have the 4 at the back play tighter away from home and let the full backs defend and the wingers ttack - opposed to making the wingers drop too deep.

I'd agree with majority of that, particularly the back 4. The only thing I disagree on is Daniel, I don't think he's done as well since he's gone back to the left, and majority of our attacks come from the right since the Enoch injury

I'm not sure you can. It's all ticket. I phoned the Barnsley ticket office and they said the only tickets available would be from Vale. It's stupid this, I want to go but they're making it so hard. You'd think L1 clubs would snap my hand off for £23.

No I don't think that you can either. Last year a number of Vale fans were turned away as it wasn't made clear that it was ticket only and non available on the day.

Official site states ticket only and available up to 2pm tomorrow. Does seem rather stupid knowing that we'll only be taking about 250, I've never known people so disinterested in going to an away match.

Last season it was "all ticket" but they put a cash turnstile on, on the day.

Conrad, apologies ref message #37, there was an unofficial 'cash turnstile' open last year but not publicised and you had to give them the secret password and payment before they let you in'. "The red fox trots quietly at midnight" is this years:)

Seen enough away day garbage so far this season to stop me going to this one . Will we have a shot on target ? Will we lose by the odd goal again ? Will it be a set piece goal ? Will we have anything approaching 5 mins pressure on their goal ? As you can see I am full of confidence . Hope I am proved wrong but I can only see Barnsley getting 3 pts and page a step closer to the exit . How the season has changed so quickly .

You could be right there, the cash turnstile last year did seem a bit hush hush by the stewards.

1. Call Vale ticket office tomorrow morning and request that they send your ticket on the coach on Saturday (this is quite normal).

2. Collect said ticket from Barnsley ticket office on Saturday.

It's really not at all difficult.

This wouldn't be difficult if someone from the ticket office would answer the phone. I've phoned 4 times now and no one has picked up.

Why is it so complicated to just watch a League One football match?
