You think Mo's 1.2m would be for pishing up the wall on the playing budget then? Dont you think we would be better investing it into the club, rather than on a one-off juice of the playing budget for a couple of years?

What about RW Suite?

Finishing Lorne Street?

Improving the bogs?

Training/Youth facilities?

All Weather pitch?

Better catering facilities?

Scouting network?

AVIM surely the current board have got plans to in their long term vision to complete your list of things we have been promised for years , as somebody said "It aint that bad "

Sure, but this isn't about the current lot. Its about the next lot and how their 1.2m investment would be best spent.

Personally, I think playing budget isn't the highest priority with that kind of cash to play with. And I don't really see it as a wise "investment" into the club. We would be better off spending the money on something that would add long term value, rather than just using it to run a larger loss for a couple of years.

No - Thats my point.

And I agree

However of the 1.2m I agree also, some should be used on the playing side, some will be used to get us out of immediate danger and hopefully whats left can be used to improve infrastructure.

Hi AVIM,

The investment was considerably more than the £1.2M acquisition of new shares and we had budgeted for investment in the business and an improved playing budget. Players such as Ryan were well within our budget. Our priority however was to invest in the youth set up ad that is where we see the long term value.

However I am not going to re-open the debate on the bid as "we are where we are" in the words of your esteem Chairman.

Kind Regards

Maybe one "trophy" signing to get everyone excited, perhaps. I could understand that. But I really dont think we should be wasting a 1.2m opportunity to add some much needed improvements to the club's infrastructure.

All that's going to make a big hole in the 13k:D
