Blackpool game abandoned.

Here is a thought ...... The fixtures throw up Blackpool v Port vale as first match of the season and Oyston is still there and their fans are still up in harms.

What would be the feeling of those Vale fans attending if their Blackpool fans got the match abandoned again ?

What might happen as a result ?

What if we draw them in the League Cup and it is also subject to a protest -

What would happen to Vale fans if they showed solidarity with the Blackpool fans ? (you know how the police love Vale Fans !)

Hang on, the current season isn't over yet. Take a deep breath.

It's strange one Blackpool as they took them through the divisions to the Premier and now because of fan abuse seem keen to take them to back to where they found them.

I thought the club's slide had more to do with horrendous management and the Oystons taking all the parachute payments out of the club?

Oyston Sr is a vile man in any case.

Good on them after all a points deduction will make very little difference. It's great to see Smurf's mentor is running his club so well!

It could be that a points deduction will be served next season and even may have to play behind closed doors. The best action that could have hit the owners would have been a complete boycott of the matches ( starve them out ).

But that's just it, it wasn't horrendous management when they were taking them from league 2 to the PL.

The slide started when all the abuse and campaigning started, it's as though they are punishing fans. It's a very odd situation, normally you just get owners that suck the life out of a club like we had from 2003 to 12.

Having worked at senior management level on the Fylde Coast I can tell you there are lots of people like Oyston Snr, odious and disgusting.

Exactly, that for me would have been the way to go. Looks like those that entered the field may face life time bans.

They sat in the centre circle? And maybe they want the club to get fined. The owners have to pay it after all

They won't be happy if in addition to a fine, they are also starting next season's campaign with a points deduction! Idiotic behaviour whichever way you look at it and can only damage the club further! I'm sympathetic to the supporters' concerns, but surely there are much more sensible (and less damaging) ways to protest?
