If we play like we did yesterday.. I won't be surprised if Calvin Andrew scores against us to show us how bad our defense is.

Couch it in whatever terms you chose but we are in freefall and a nil points return from the easter games will be catastrophic for us,come next Saturday evening and we could be 20th and that's not being negative it's being realistic with the present set up we have.

Pope and Williamson has been struggling for months. Williamson hasn't scored since January but page still keeps starting him.. Why?.. He must be his best mate or something. Some people kept moaning because Pope didn't start the game. He has only scored once since coming back from his injury. I would like us to introduce some development squad players into the team for the next 6 games of this season e.g Deen Conteh and Andoh.

If possible keep Neal, Veseli, O'Connor and Marshall for next season. Not bothered whether Pope stays or goes and perhaps Dodds is worth a place in the squad, though he flatters to deceive far too much and always has done. Get rid of the rest, Page included.

Duffy by default of not wanting Yates & not being able to think of who to throw in there...Neal i think was a 1 game ban....i hope!

No matter how you juggle the back 4 with the players currently at the club none inspire confidence. Robbo and Collins together are too slow for me, so maybe go 3 centre backs with Freddie sweeping?

I try to be really positive about Vale because I like this team so much and I want them to be stay up. But I am starting to lose confidence in them since losing the last 5 games and we could be battling i relegation zone if we aren't carefully. Scunthrope and Yeovil will be big games for us. I understand your point though. It is being realistic with the current set up which we have got at the club. Clear out for the summer I think.
