Serious question I have a ticket on the 2 for 30 offer in the railway stand will this be eligible for entry to any other stand or do I need swap it at the ticket office.

I think, not sure, that entitles you to a seat in the Directors stand and a pre- match meal with wine.I think you'll be ok mate.;)

I sit in the family stand (corner stand) with my two year old son. I sit here because it's friendly and chilled. Swearing is kept to a minimum and I never feel like I'm going to have to scrap my way back to my car after a feisty match.

If I was on my own Id love to be in a packed Bycars like the old days. However I will be with a small child. As I am every match. So, Smurf, if you read this; I love your ideas but some times they really suck balls.

Pretty bad actually how they've shut the family stand now I think about it. If you want this sort of atmosphere for your young kids with minimal swearing, what are you meant to do now?

This was a move that was touted by fans a few years ago for the very points of saving stewarding costs and other associated costs and creating a better atmosphere....but because Smurf has done it for this one game where we all know the gate is going to be bad he's lambasted for it!!

Some people just want to moan for moaning sake and really do need to get a grip the bloke can't do anything right in some people's eyes ( the same moaners all the time)

It's one game people there are more important things in life to get your knickers in a twist about!!

Terry, dare I ask where you will be tomorrow night?

I think the key point is the timing and the standard of communication, not the actual issue of moving (if it is only for one game).

Personally, I'd have thought the vast majority would be happy to move if they felt that they had been dealt with openly and fairly.

Frankly, announcing it the day before with no direct communication with fans (email to those affected etc) is pretty poor - irregardless of the decision itself.

Every time a stand is closed - and it is at least twice a season for cup games - it's the Railway Stand. Why not the boxes - those folk are miles away from the pitch and don't contribute to the atmosphere at all?

If we want to get fans together and create an atmosphere, and we think there will be max 4,000 tomorrow night, why not close all the side stands and put everyone in the Bycars - that surely is the logical solution?

I understand that there are economic arguments for this decision. I do not understand why this has been done 24 hours before the game and no real thought given to the chaos it will cause tomorrow night. Is it allocated seating or can we sit anywhere as for the cup ties? If having a specific seat doesn't matter then I'm happy for that then I'll get there early and pinch the best seats in Lorne Street, season ticket or not.
