Stand Closures for Crawley

It's a negative move that saves next to no money. Norman throwing his toys out of the pram because 'we' didn't answer his rallying cry on Saturday.

Imagine if Bratt had done this for a league game. They'd be stomping around on the car park about now.

Next season to close it all together, unless we get any big cup games or matches where we expect a bumper crowd. But only if the rest of the Lorne Street is fully up and running.

That way you retain the crowd around all the sides of the ground, those who move have a option of the Bycars, Padock or Lorne Street.

Why should I have to permanently move from where I've been going all my life?

I think it's a good idea. We have a huge stadium for our current gates. I would really like to see the bycars price dressed and the other stands increased in price. We really should try to get behind the goal full in my eyes. I sit in the paddock now but would happily move to the bycars if it was cheaper and full

It's not a move to make at this time of the season. It sends out negative vibes.

We should be focusing on filling the stand, a la Burton 2013, for the Preston game on April 17th, just a month from now.

Makes perfect sense to me,be lucky to get 4000 tomorrow but no doubt cue the moaners

All displaced season ticket holders will be allowed access to the Lorne Street Stand, Bycars Stand or the Railway Paddock by showing their cards at the relevant turnstiles.

Fingers crossed the turnstile operators fully understand people with season tickets for RW stand can go to other parts of the ground.Hope that there has been something announced on local radio / sentinel etc to let people know about this change (short notice). Not everyone reads OVF or the official site.Hope extra food and drink is at the kiosk. As for it creating a better atmosphere Im not sure it will make that much difference. But willing to wait and see.If it works (which will be hard to judge then thats fine.Im guessing more to do with saving a bit of money. Will this be a one off or is it the start of it happening more often?
