Mathew Ellis needs to question his so called police intelligence team and find out why they got it so wrong.

Are we taxpayers allowed to know the details of the "intelligence" upon which this ludicrous Police operation was based? We pay these beggars - they should be answerable to us.

 

Im pretty sure that they have already worked out their reason's / excuse's ready for a press statement.

I'll say it again, it was to avoid the swear filter. It's the word I use all the time when I don't want to say the alternative which involves a u rather than an e. If you genuinely believe that I was calling the Police beggars in the sense that they beg then I am sorry you have misunderstood me but I believe you are making a fuss over nothing. In future I'll just call them b u g g e r s and be done with it.

There is obviously a confusion in the word which you have taken literally. The spending of public money on an unnecessary scale has been highlighted, and hopefully will not be repeated.
