You will be OK JA, for every year that goes by, just add another 20 minutes to your journey time. I really do feel for those with considerable journey times to work who also work long shifts such as ten/twelve hour periods.

I work from home so my journey time from bed to office (via kitchen) is about 5 minutes :)

'tis true that long commutes are no fun, especially on a cramped train/bus or stuck in traffic seemingly never moving.

I work in Manchester, I leave the house at 6:30am and get home at 8:15/8:30 most nights. I didn't know you cared Carl, given what you've said to me in the past. Your sympathy is much appreciated. And I'm glad you appreciate how hard I work.

Pah..6:30? Already done 90 minutes by then ;)

Your lucky,

I get up in the morning at ten o'clock at night half an hour before I go to bed, drink a cup of sulphuric acid, work twenty-nine hours a day down mill, and pay mill owner for permission to come to work, and when i get home, my Dad and my mother kill me and dance about on my grave singing Hallelujah.

UKIP has never, ever taken part in a anti Islamic protest. The EDL has. However, UKIP has suffered Threats of violence and intimidation from far left so called anti Fascist groups such as the UAF and 'Hope not Hate' These groups have deliberately attacked UKIP on their proposed immigration policies and involved several ethnicity people within their organisation.

They are basically a far left group who are supported by the Labour party. And to add insult to injury, the new proposed candidate for Stoke on Trent North, Ruth Smeeth, is actually a director of hope not hate and her organisation, sadly was responsible for damage to hundreds of UKIP banners and signs and also UKIP MEP'S were assaulted and threatened just for taking part in Democracy.

What hypocrites the Labour party are, they use democracy for their own ends and are Bigotry and offensive to normal working civilised people who oppose their views. I think it is a disgrace that someone like Ruth Smeeth, who is looking to take over from Joan Walley, is involved in such a disgraceful organisation.

They are nothing short than another extremist organisation and anybody who trys to gain entry to UKIP who has been involved with such will be booted out. Fair democracy is one thing, intimidation is another.

Nice try Cheeky. You do of course use the trains, so you do not qualify for sympathy where road delays, are concerned. However, I note that your whole day totals 12 hours or less. In that respect, you are quite lucky, as you do realise people who are not, like you, in the legal profession, are doing a total 12 days at work as well as additional travel outside of these hours.

I suppose though, with rail fares increasing you have a slight right to moan, but I suppose you will get subsidised by that, with what you receive from the government in Legal Aid!! I bet your wages cover the shortfall?

12 hours or less, I'm no maths genius but that's bordering on 14 hour whole days Carl?

Does he blame immigrants if he burns his toast in the morning, if it rains tomorrow at 6pm or if Vale have to change the dates of a fixture the next time they clash with Stoke? :D
