Im still devastated i really thought we had done this until read about machin who and rob lee. I sat at the computer for 5 hours to be left shell shocked. Im so gutted and then to rub it in more the ******* valiant world emailed me offering a free trail for some **** i was fuming so tried to email back but in my read mist i didnt realise it was email address i couldnt replay back to.

I want to cut all tie with this club which stinks and is rotten to the core full of lying scum!

 

After the board have just had a huge vote of no confidence by the shareholders. Yet 3 think it is morally right to continue because the catel that is the board voted for them to do so and a allegedly bribed Robert Lee. Do you think this is morally right and listening to the majority of Share holders and fans? Until Mr Bratt, Oliver and Lloyd are out of the club I have had enough and want no more association with Port Vale.

 

As a 20 year old fan I have only experienced 2 relegation's and one success in the LDV (which was under a one owner ran club) if I at such a young age have had enough and can only sense the club heading for the conference, what hope is there of attracting the next generation of fans with stoke down the road in the premiership. As there is now no convincing investment in sight?

 

I hope your all proud of what you have done to this once wonderful club we had.

Can anyone recommend how i go about canceling my subscription to valiant world now who i call or email? The ****ers are having not a penny off me again unless they leave and they sell to the right people. Ive never been Pro Mo particularly I'm just very anti this board or liars and small time little Port Vale mentality that this is the best we can ever expect. I just want the club to be in the hands of a successful owner who can take us forward and Mo is the best offer we've ever had and the only business man with real money to do this! And I believe with his contacts he could attract more investors or sponsors.

 

I also think That if we scrapped the 24.9% rule Mo wouldnt have been the only businessman interested in the club as I think we are an attractive investment with out this rule. Out of the smaller clubs in the lower leagues we are one of the only ones with the infrastructure, stadium and fan base to really achieve to push on.

 

Im so angry tonight, even with robbie on side the board still wont listen to the will of the fans!

I also feel that mark needs to work on Lloyd as with the right leverage he could be swayed if he hates Oliver so much!

For a while after the EGM I was totally devastated that the vast majority of shareholders who voted did not get their wish and see the end of the Board.

 

In a few days we will hopefully be able to publish the number of shareholders who voted for and those against the Board. Without doubt the vast majority have not won the day.

 

We now have a 3 man Board (Mark Simms at the present moment in time has not accepted a place on the Board even though he was voted on).

 

This 3 man Board cannot sign players or make any decisions whatsoever that involve commercial contracts. - The club is now in limbo, and if the views of those fans at Vale Park today are true then there is going to be a lot of empty places at Vale Park next season.

 

If Robert Lee (Broxap) had put his morals and 'love of Port Vale' before the desire to have his palm crossed with silver we would now be celebrating the complete removal of the Board and a club with new Directors, drive and enthusiasm.

 

I'm afraid that today the Bad guys (including Glenn Oliver harassing an old pensioner to try and get him to switch votes) have won the day.

 

But don't be despondent because the puppet has lost the puppet master and the two other Directors hate each others guts.

 

Another EGM can't be far away and this time, hopefully, the good guys will come out on top.

 

We have seen an 8 man Board reduced to 5 and then after today reduced to 3 so we must take encouragement from that.

 

Finally, a huge thank you to Robbie Williams from all of us in the Supporters Club for giving us his proxy. I have yet to find any fan (even the few Board supporters I've spoken to) who haven't welcomed Robbie's decision to put his votes with the fans.

Spot on - not only have the 8 been reduced to 5 but in my opinion the "head of the snake" has been chopped off yesterday.

 

The 3 remaining, having witnessed whats happened to the other 5, will not be finding the forthcoming months comfortable imho.

 

They are in an untennable position - as is the Club - and this constant chipping away due to there unpopularity will, I beleive see the demise of V2001.

Your grasp of the law is poor is crap at best- stick to bin dipping and leave the legal side to people who can spell & write their own name
