Sam Morsy

Sorry, I forgot that if you're a member of The Cult Of Micky then automatically you have to hate Sam Morsy.

Thanks for trying to think for me, I should stick to Smurf porn, you are better at that ;)

I don't care less anymore about Morsy as he's an ex player though you clearly didn't see where I said he and ex players who have contributed to our success should receive a warm welcome back and not be booed.

As George says probably the only player Micky should have tried harder to keep but you can't keep condoning bad behaviour.

Micky > Morsy any day but then again Vale > any one individual.

Morsy did it on at least 3 occasions, Loft once.

Most people deserve a second chance but no a third and fourth.

Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice shame on me as they say :)

You will have to help me, did Morsey get sent off 3 times ? I can only remember once.

He punched someone in a reserve game, getting sent off and went over the ball, studs showing nearly breaking an Oxford players leg live on TV (although he didn't get sent off for that). 2 weeks later he did the tackle which led to the 'coward' comment.

Sounds like a decent midfielder in the Roy Keane mould?:D

I had to laugh when he seemed to be complaining to the referee about some of our tackling. Morsy, complaining about someone elses tackling. Its like 10000 spoons, when all you need is a knife!

I'm gonna stick my neck out. Morsy will never play above League One level. Hes not that good. He is however a convenient tool for all those who like to slag Adams off.

Opinions are always linked to what agenda you follow but if he's up to League One level that is plenty good enough to improve what we currently have in midfield.

I have no agenda. I'm fairly sure my opinions on Morsy have always been consistent, even when he was a regular in the team. I never got the hype surrounding him, and after watching him yesterday still don't.

I like Adams, yes, but WILL say when I think hes ****ed up. Yesterday was a massive **** up from start to finish. What I can't understand is why people would back a 22 year old who was far from consistent for us, got silly red and yellow cards which led to silly suspensions, over the bloke who (probably) built two teams capable of getting us promoted from a division where we had just stagnated.

We owe more to Adams than we do Morsy whether people want to admit it or not.

Morsy was a developing young talent at the Vale who was only given his chance when Gannon was manager and was mishandled by Adams who seems incapable of nurturing and developing young players. He and Gary Roberts ran the midfield yesterday. On a similar topic, did anyone notice Billy Knott's performance for Bradford against Leeds?

I'm 100% behind Micky but it still doesn't stop me from having an opinion on a certain midfielder who I rate better than some of our current midfield players.

Morsy was far better than any of our players yesterday, and Jones was far better than our Left back - in fact 100% better. Jones was barracked from 1st to last minute and instead of being wound up by it, it seemed to raise the blood pressure in Dicko !

He's very enthusiastic but that doesnt make him leadership material.
