Mo rips Bratt's US deal to shreds

Recommended Posts

About the £100K loan... the club will not be looking to pay this back.

What they're hoping for is to convert it into shares.

So if no-one buys shares, this loan cannot be converted to shares under the current rules.

Bratt wants the rule changing for his benefit. We do for Mo's.

Twitters, i was not on about the 1.2m share issue i was talking about the 3.8m loan, simples..........

That loan will only be needed to pay off the current debts and will be at a lesser rate than the council charge. It will also only be repaid when we are profitable.

tbh if the MC/MS doubters are any sort of vale fans then they should read every column inch about what happens at vale park. i read the article about the amerturf investment in the sentinel yesterday even though im right behind mo and mark

Heads in the sand comes to mind, they rely on Bratt to do thier assessment and diligence for them. Like: Dont trust local millionaires they are not Vale fans, walk round LA and Yanks who watched the Vale during the war greet you on the sidewalk, believe you me.

Tim - are you that naive that you think he's only sharing it with OVF?

No Burt but I do know that the average shareholder at the Vale (silver haired soon to be living underground etc) will not get to see any of this and they are the people Mo needs to get onside.

This is the most worrying point -

17. The Board control 28% of the shares. The US investor will acquire circa 20% of the shares. This will operate as a cartel as board and investor operate in tandem. How does this reconcile with the board’s opposition to the joint MC / MS bid?

If these people get in, the cartel will mean that ANY attempt to remove these people going forward will be impossible. This EGM is the most important day in our clubs history.

Would this activate the 60 day loan payback clause. Now that would be fun, anther shot in the foot.

Glad someone is awake to that prospect. It is dangerous.

But I still cannot fathom why the club would give away 24.9% to someone whose background and motives they don't know. They refused Mike Newton, they refused Mark Sims. Why these people - total unknowns from all we can see.

I am baffled.

Simple.

V2001 retain control with this 'investment'.

Bill would sell shares to the Devil if they just left them alone with their toy.

As if you need an excuse ..... I'm sorry, but you and the people you say are being driven away, need to take a long hard look at the situation at PVFC. It's not about Tim, not about OVF, not about B&G, starve em out, The North London Valiants or a ****** home made coffin ! It's about the past, present and future of PVFC -

You are well within your rights to oppose how a number of Vale fans are attempting to rescue the club, but tell me this ... Would you be acting in the best interests of PVFC by using this to judge whether V2001 are fit for purpose ?

5 people have got a rope around the clubs neck and your kicking off at how supporters are attempting to wrestle the rope off them ....,, you may as well become numbers 6, 7 and 8.

I don't like how animals are killed, but I still eat meat ...

Later today I shall be paying my respects at the fu neral of a life long Vale supporter so perhaps an apology from you would be in order. A tasteless remark from someone at the head of the protest group.
