Vale under transfer embargo!!!

Does anyone actually KNOW why this embargo has been set?

Seems very very odd to me and very unprofessional as mentioned before. Beginning to worry again. This is not good at all, we needed a stable club that could attract players and managers alike under the influence of a club that's well run. Not the case, it seems to be. I'm a supporter of Smurfwaite and have defended him in the past. This is still the case. I feel genuinely sorry for the bloke, he's in a situation he originally never wanted to be in. What he has done/doing is a totally unique circumstance and no one can whole-heartedly say what they'd do with any logic behind it as we're unfortunately kept well out of 'the behind scene's' and therefore don't understand what he's had to deal with since his arrival. I believe we have a big problem with the attitude at the club, too many people there..Smurfwaite included..who think that Port Vale and its fans ought to tell them how great they are and give them a good living... For helping us out in the bad... These people did a duty to football not Port Vale when they went without money. Any capable football person would sooner play for nothing & help save a historic and well established (since the beginning) football club from going out of existence (reforming). They just went and did it in style, and fair play to them.

Adams & Smurf repaid this loyalty & offered everyone a contract (besides McCombe who was very wise). Now at this point, they've played the games and know what our fans are like and should NOT be answering back. Full stop. Unprofessional and disrespectful. We pay a % of your wage so grit your teeth and deal with it. Again, the Vale fans who had a go at them, why bother? Helps no one.

Ill stop rambling now.

Overall, this needs sorting and some answers are needed.

I want to know Mick Adams future and I want to know Smurfwaites. We need stability more than anything right now.

Maybe Adams shoul hold job interviews for fans, to get the right people on board with the passion there to drive the club in the right direction.

'I am in Prague with my son before his wedding and yet another crisis at Vale. I am getting very tired of this should I consider my position?' That is what Smurf our chairman has put on twitter. Its embarrassing.

But he is running the club.So why is thee a crisis?

That's a very poor comment, if he's away then make no comment and deal with it appropriately internally then make an announcement next week once resolved.

Whoever is to blame for this needs to come out and explain as to why it's happened and reassure people it won't happen again.

Why did Smurthwaite even put that on twitter? He hates the abuse but brings it on himself - he just wants people to say 'Norman we love you, please stay' - I mean...what...the....f***!!

Whatever crisis is going on stops with the Chairman anyway so it makes no sense to threaten to leave for the 50th time when it's down to something he hasn't done.

I'm afraid I don't. He has had so many opportunities to listen to advice and help and has ignored them. I'm afraid he has brought his problems on himself by talking too much and listening too little.

Does he think that the fans are ecstatic?

It depends what his position is. If it's on stage with his head buried in a stripper's cleavage then probably yes.

I'm afraid that our beloved club is, yet again, becoming a joke I'm sorry to stay. Quite simply we shouldn't be in this position and someone is to blame.

We can probably point the finger but if it is back room staff and Smurf was unaware then they should go. If Smurf was aware then he should stop screwing things up and get in a professional if he really is serious about the well being of the club.

We can't go on like this, you couldn't make it up!
