Ridiculous that a system costing 8 grand a month has these sort of errors.

 

Can we not use these issues as a breach of contract and cancel?!!

Have you emailed your complaint to Bill lodey registering a formal complaint giving the name or description of the supervisor in question as he is responsible for their employment and training. Request a written explanation as to why the supervisor adopted the inconsiderate stance she did.

 

You are not the type to be fobbed off and until she is disciplined and trained properly others may suffer the same fate.

I've tried my season ticket which didn't give any options other than to put it on your card (I think) , and tried other seats which just gives you the options of postage or to pick them up. Had no problems printing them at home for other cup games.

I too wanted to print my ticket at home but didn't have the option. After paying for my ticket and receiving conformation I assumed it will be sent to me in the post, I hope so, I don't think there was an option to upload it onto my season ticket card, i'll be waiting for the postman over the next few days!

Probably on the card is the only option for a ST seat, don't know why other seats cannot be printed, previous cup games did not have reserved seats. The communication on the Brighton tickets is pathetic from the club.

Take your confirmation on Sat as proof.

Certainly worth looking into.But it will also depend on what the problem is.(System or Human error)

£8K a month? That is utter madness! What happened to the days of when your £20 note at the turnstile was your ticket? Always thought the old style turnstile staff were semi-volunteers that were paid a few quid and then given free admission at about ten past 3.The queues then were shorter and quicker than since all this scanning bar-codes nonsense.

Progression? Not at £8K a month it aint! We could pay a very decent extra player that amount.
