Hi all

 

Was wondering if someone could help me out. I know normally you cant listen to commentary of league matches via Radio Stoke online for legal reasons. Is this the same for the FA cup or am i right in thinking the cup is exempt and i will be able to listen online?

I came on this thread expecting to close it as we don't like to promote illegal streaming but it's actually a good question.

 

I remember a few seasons ago, all the FA Cup Commentaries were free online via the BBC website (unlike the league commentaries which have always only been available online via the paid "Player" service). That's because the FA Cup had different rights and it was deemed a good thing by the FA for their commentaries to be available free to as wide an audience as possible.

 

I'm personally not sure what the situation is this time around. Maybe tune into Radio Stoke online and see if it cuts off normally or remains broadcasting is perhaps the best option?
