Last year the guys at http://www.winbet.co.uk tipped Port Vale to get promoted and i followed; landing 8/1 pre-season. I also backed Vale to win the league at 45/1 on their say and cashed out when Vale were top of the league.

The guy who runs it is a vale fan and is running a tipping service with some amazing info.

This season vale are at odds of 3.25 to finish in the top half, reckon if some defensive signing are captured then we have a good chance.

I believe that Corals bookmakers have us to finish in 18th spot this season (and the Shrews to finish bottom)

I reckon (as long as we bring in another decent centre half); that we should be well placed to finish between 10-12th place.

Rotherham finished the season very strongly and have subsequently invested in new players so I am not surprised they have odds of 20:1.

They also have a bigger average gate than us last season? and it would be interesting to know how many STs they have sold and at what price.

Having said all that they haven't got Micky Adams and may not have the collective team spirit which hopefully will stand us in good stead.

If Pope can continue his form from last year, if Myrie can be as dangerous and Neal be so solid in goal then we'll be fine.

If we sign a centre half or two (Doumbe/Reid/Taylor) and stay injury free then there is no reason why we can't make a decent push.

Just because there are big, scary names in our league doesn't mean anything. Wolves were a big team for the Championship. They got relegated. Yeovil went up. YEOVIL

They also have Swindon to finish top ten, which given their financial situation, players and manager departing, is a bit optimistic imo. I'd have them as one of the teams fighting relegation next season, unless they make some good signings.

Swindon signed on loan a player from spurs whos going be a top.top player,if he keeps at it.alex pritchard.i reffed him vs stoke.he stood out big time, enough to note his name.dominates center mid.

but rest of there side who knows?

On the mightu vale,im saying around 10-12th.nothing scares me in the lge too much.

slow building to a challenger in a few seasons I say.
