So people are sad for something they haven't said but you have made up to have a go about? Probably won't find a more pathetic post all week. You moan about the moaners, saying they are disruptive etc, yet you're things up T&L have a go at people for. Stop trying to cause division in order to moan about something whilst trying to take the moral high ground. Worse than the people you moan about.

Lets forgot what has gone on before, draw a line in the sand,(that applies to players, fans and the manager) take notice of what Paul Wildes says (and he says it very well) and move forward together. Infighting and finger pointing doesn't get anyone anywhere.

 

If, at the end of the season, we fall short then questions should rightly be asked of the management team and the players. Until then let's give them our total backing and support. We are all in this together.

Good to hear that our Chairman has stepped in to try and pacify everybody, now we need MA to step up to the plate & forget what has been said to/about him and put out a team that can do the job at York, one way to show this is to put Ryan Burge in the starting 11, we will see, Man or mouse ?

Great statement from Wildes. Definitely feeling more confident about the remaining games. Adams needs to take notice of how Wildes speaks rather than having a stand off with the fans constantly. Just needs to be a bit more honest at times. Also good to see the squad was at cheltenham, will do team spirit no harm. Does make you wonder if Burge was there as well. Funny everyone joking he was late cus he was at the races when in fact he was the only one not there.

Mr Wildes has run and still is running successful businesses. He knows how to do this, and he knows full well that you do not fall out with or seriously annoy either your employees or your customers - the paying fans in this case. Perhaps MA needs some lessons in this area in order to hone his man-management skills, which appear to be lacking at the moment (some fans may even suggest that they are non-existent).

Excellent article I picked out the following bit which tells me we at last have a chairman who understands fully the stuation
