Name me a player at the Vale who hasnt played a run of games and looked poor and needed replacing

by someone the bench who previously had been poor on the pitch.

Im not being over critical but all the players have had chance after chance.

All from last year and ALL needed replacing with better players. None have.

They are as good as we have but not good enough. They should play but we will not be promoted

Players have to be treated fairly, if favouritism is rife motivation is weakened. If they do wrong the punishment should fit what has been done, punishments should be explained to other players and fans to avoid rumour mongering and show fairness.
